Não há muito material sobre gang stalking em português, principalmente, sobre temas difíceis, como implantes no cérebro, V2K, controle mental e outras tecnologias de uso de órgãos de segurança, como CIA, NSA e de uso militar. Recomendo usar legendas e tradutor.

Essa tecnologia é tão assustadora que permite às gang stalking controlar animais como pássaros, galos, cachorros. Achei um vídeo que confirmou essa minha suspeita. Enfim, são tecnologias avançadas que permitem uma série de intervenções que eu nem sei explicar.
Gang Stalking
Organized Stalking is a form of terrorism used against an individual in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a person's life so they will: have a nervous break-down, become incarcerated, institutionalized, experience constant mental, emotional, or physical pain, become homeless, and/or commit suicide. This is done using well-orchestrated accusations, lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, framings, intimidation, overt or covert threats, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror and general harassment. It is a "ganging up" by members of the community who follow an organizer and participate in a systematic "terrorizing" of an individual.
Organized gang stalking can involve a group in the hundreds to thousands harassing a single person or family 24/7. The victim is stalked en masse by car, foot, bike, and air in order alienate and isolate the victim. The goals of gang stalking are to: provoke the victim to assault someone and get arrested; make the victim seem delusional/ mentally ill (see "gaslighting"); make the victim so depressed they become suicidal. Tactics used are relentless color harassment, noise harassment, air harassment, hand signals, electronic monitoring inside the home and car (complete invasion of privacy; redirecting of phone calls, emails, postal mail), workplace mobbing, "directed conversation" and innuendo, erratic/ aggressive driving, bizarre/rude/bullying behavior in the community, and much more. Police and fire dept. are often involved in the stalking so the victim feels like they have nowhere to turn and it is hard to prove. This is extreme criminal activity that is becoming more common and needs to be outlawed.

As drogas tecnológicas usadas pelas gang stalking podem estar em alimentos, remédios, tampões de ouvido, colírios, etc.
Como estou longe de ter um conhecimento relevante sobre o assunto, apenas transcrevo aqui sites que me parecem confiáveis, até por experiência própria (indivíduo alvo). V2K vai muito além de ler pensamentos. Essas drogas servem para torturar, manipular, simular esquizofrenia ou psicose, destruir seu cérebro, etc. Então não conte a ninguém sobre luzes, vozes, pensamentos (são capazes de se parecer com seus próprios pensamentos), para te confundir, fazer você pensar que está louco. Não vá a nenhum psiquiatra, psicólogo, etc. Nem tome remédios recomendados para depressão, psicose, como rivotril e risperidona. Só tome aqueles estritamente necessários para algum problema que você realmente tenha. Leia a bula e desconfie, parentes seus podem se tornar colaboradores dos stalkers e te enganar.
